How to Use:

- Position the panel at the desired height and angle for face or body
- Select a mode on the controller: 660nm, 850nm, ALL (dual), or IOH2 (pulse)
- Choose your brightness level (L0–L5) and timer (5/10/15/20/25/30 min)
- Wear the included goggles during use
- Use the retaining clip and fixing straps to secure positioning if needed
